Next problem to laptop

I have a problem with q3 on a laptop, yesterday I had this error, and today it says that I do not have a file, please help in this case where I can find this file and the folder to which I have put it, thanks in advance.

all pak. files 0-8 inside your baseq3 folder?

could it be due to compatibility mode? try running in xpsp3 mode.

maybe reinstall all files, If nobody else has other ideas.

oh, check you have right drive selected in start up.
