The netcode in CPMA is perfect really. And yeah, the LG is the only issue with high ping that I've had too. It might be possible to improve that with the right combination of values with cg_laghax and cg_nudge. Maybe connect to IRC... QuakeNet ... #cpmpickup ... Anyone who's anybody is in that IRC channel heh

As for that LG, I'm using it a lot in E+ now too

LG is a hitscan weapon, that means on unlagged servers u hit what u have in crosshair while fireing, no matter how u c the LG.

i think its a tad bit more complicated than that mow...for more info read the links that nihil posted...unlagged hitscan isnt as simple as u hit what u see or u hit what ur crosshair is pointing at...cos these phrases need a lot more precise definitions....

u see model, but shots is calculated on hitbox.

guys i set /com_maxfps 125 a while ago with no problem, but just today i noticed its not stable anymore and its dropping up and don "a lot" and causing me to lag. what could that be???

wonko, i dont speak from programmers side, i speak from user side, and i hit what i have in ch, no matter what ping.

so, from my nub-side, it is like i said. how that guys realise, i cant care, i dont understand a piece of it, i am just thankfull that it excists.

i have the problem, that my ping got bad since today. always had ping between 40 and 50 with 0 % packet loss, but since today, i have ping over 150 with over 30% packet loss, my provider is adsl 1024/512, can anyone help me please

maybe i'm in the wrong thread...
