well modifying paks is just as bad as using wallhacks or aimbots.
i remember whaaaay back during my brief q2 gaming that guys were mentioning that you can mod on of the pk2 files where skins are and give all players a big nose. that way you can always see where everyone is looking and you can see them behind walls and all when their nose pierces the wall. so technically you get a real nasty wallhack -the actual wallhack...
just one example.

lol zack what u want to ban more that the pb bans ? it bans all clients which´s dll (dont know which accurate) is anywise changed or anything (which is needet to "cheat")
when pb is on guiderelax 1 then it bans all with wrong or empty cd key too so u cant make better programm than that
