u may have trojan in ur pc so u need to kill all unnecessary tasks and u should watch pc with such programs like Tcpview.exe, procexp.exe and procmon.exe. u can download them from sysinternals.com or i also uploaded them for you as zipped as u wish.http://www.multiupload.com/CMBGECV7WG one more thing u may have problem with GFX card driver. reinstall it with latest one.

it's not releated your problem or cfg. that is different.
i am just on q3 menu. ( i didnot choose any mode or load cfg, cfg is standart cfg)
q3 still usage high cpu.

yep menu is 100% and has some stutters rarely.

turn off q3, go to q3/baseq3 and /e+ open files q3config's - clean content (leave em empty) save them ; and then set for both readonly, and then try q3 and see - if it still will be 100% then im not right, otherway u got my answer alrdy (RTFM how to set read only on files...) but who knows... mby rly i got different sitaution...
