Having fun with statistics :
1-how many regular players are in E+ servers ,now?.
. by regular , i mean experienced.?
2-how many PB+pure servers are online.?
let us make a radiography , now...
NOW it is 18.00 GMT ok? ..on E+ spider there is currently , this :
121 servers , 190 players (60) ,60 means sixty bots...ok?
ok..then...we have 130 active players on top servers...let me count...on five servers : 2sweet Freeze ,2sweet FFA,capture the tifs and DEEX, and gods frag farm...there is 
55..all the rest of players 85 are on various servers..

2sweet freeze , u have majority are experienced players.that tweak configs and read forums.: Punkbuster is 1
II.
on DEEX most of them are noobs...u can see it by their names.. , (Punkbuster 
III./On god's frag farm , same as DEEX.
IV./god's frag farm , the same.
V./2sweet FFA , majority are noobs , Punkbuster 0
other servers are majority , unpure and no punkbuster..except these (empty servers ) :
E+ PURE *1vs1* DM17 R0_Cfg (empty)

+all NWC servers (8 servers).(empty)
ofc and , 2sweet Freeze, we talked about it above.(most of players are clan players.)

There is currently ,like 30 ( i looked on servers) ,experienced players amongst 130 .
= 77% of total E+ populations are noobs!
to 2/there is 13 PB+pure servers amongst 121 servers.
one of them only have players on it (2sweet freeze)
10% of all servers have punkbuster and pure on.and 90% of them are empty.
Conclusion :
a/now my conclusion is this : 77% of E+ players are NoOBs , that connect for the third...second , or first time on E+..or play from time to time.., dont count on them to Come if u start punkbuster and pure .
b/90% of punkbuster and pure servers are empty....that is clear enough and dont need explanation.

no doubt, we are noob mode because we make order manualy posting 38 pages about cheater reports who nobody read or do nothing about it. If somone unkown person involved no harm for him. 
If somone well known catched then he will baned forever WTF 
: I dont see any sence of that. But please read my post on Cheater report tread Like cleaver guy Wax said in this tread let make 50% protected servers against cheaters and 50% unprotected. We have to evoluete, meke step forward. 50% of protected area no need to administer to much. And other 50% have to patrol like we do now (and we do what posting 38 pages on forum and do nothing about it.) In time will be good to have 80% against 20%

That sounds good. What about a global ban list (up to date), like everyone posts everyone they banned, and on the first post the person who makes it, edits it all the time and makes it one big ban list

Is it our goal to have every noob in e+ or is it our goal to get more good players to the mod? What's with this fascination for fresh noobs? Most of the good players of other mods laugh and walk away when they hear we barely use pb+pure. Have you ever stopped to think about who exactly we should be targetting?

n1 parasight ..yes i understand what you mean.again i insist..can u say u have a serious mod with 20 to 30 players on 120 servers?
and i will add this to you..most of good players dont play E+ , mostly cause they dont like the "unnatural way" wich the configs are performing the game.(bfg slides and exploding nades..etc...)...
and some of them only dont like the fact taht no PB and no Pure on.
and i want to make you see also an important fact...E+ team use to run servers , right? and maybe now they run some.
None of their servers have PB and Pure.imo that is for a reason.

That number is an estimation you came up with. Also, you can't conclude that out of the rest which is made up of noobs, 0 of them will make it through the pure/pb barrier. I kept getting kicked to spectators when I first joined e+ as a young noob because my pb was outdated, but I'm still here. Probably like the rest of us. What did you do when you first encountered PB? Did you close Quake and never come back again?
And the other players that are missing are those who don't take the mod seriously because of our lack of server security. Put some more pb/pure servers up and we just might start populating them with more high-skilled players. This doesn't happen within a week, this takes a while because the increase of players to a mod is made up of two factors which consist of randomness (people who simply connect to a server out of boredom, like I did back then) and word-of-mouth propaganda. I'd like to know how the EN clan found out about e+, and what persuaded them to move here. If we're going to target certain groups, let's analyse them.
One thing on your point about the e+ team's servers. Yes, they had a good reason to have easily accessible servers when the mod was in its beginnings. It would have been difficult to build up a community without many players. But as WAX and others have pointed out, we have grown out of that stage and are not any more dependant of every single noob that strolls along.
