we are a small community.
I don’t think anyone mentioned size... the point is that we are a mature community, but have a large enough active player base (remembering this is summer and many people don’t play much in summer.) We do our selves an injustice by not talking clean playing seriously enough.
And @ mow nice to see you still trying with this man !!
Last 2 times I tried to join server was full pb+pure ..which is good. in a way

about SAT admins if that comes true, but im dont think so, couse most servers oweners dont like to share privilages..
then do need 4 cmd's
/ref pb_sv_enable
/ref pb_sv_disable
/ref pb_sv_restart
/ref sv_pure
they should ban not kick cheaters !
meny times hapened and u can read on this board about these isses that somebody was baned for walhacking or cuz somebody saw he has to high accuracy (witch was posible to do withnout cheats) but they were banned
so the SAT ppl shoud ban only players that obvously cheating but meny ppl see cheats only by them selves and in past meny admis make lots of mistakes, we should prevent this action, but enabling pb_ is bit buggy caouse u cant bust a cheater wich dosent have enabled pb_ 
also if they will enable pb_ not only cheater will be kicked but all of these ppl who dont have pb_ enabled (all these lil nobs)
so what do about that, we are able to trust SAT ppl they will ban right ppl ?

I've expressed my opinion about pb+pure+maps etc in a previous post, and i agree with para's post.
First make sure you keep the players you have. Then worry about bringing fresh good players. Noobs are like the waves, they come and go, you can't do much about it. Personally, i wouldn't want my imaginary server to be filled with noobs anyway.
About SAT, sounds good...but few servers will agree to this

I'm glad people have finally come forward with some good ideas to help us get this sort of system moving. Right, PB/Pure discourages some new players. But it also discourages cheaters. I have no problem playing on PB/Pure servers, and if someone challenges me to a 1v1 I insist on using 2!Sweet's Pure server for the matches. I'd rather play against a few experienced players with PB and Pure on than play against a TON of noobs without either -- noobs / people we've never seen on our servers are the ones most likely to be cheating anyway.
I rarely will play on servers that don't at least enable PB, and I prefer pure servers also. On the few servers I have rcon for I've found myself enabling PB twice in the last 4 months -- and both times it did its job and kicked the cheaters. It's a tool, perhaps the more experienced and trusted players should be learning more about how to use it and given limited privs to turn it on and off and use other basic PB cvar functions.
Going through the cheater report thread you'll find (in particular GoddaM) some admins have posted extended info on the cheater such as guid and IP. We should definitely have a team of players who would be willing to patrol the servers and try to make sure every game stays clean and to log any incidents that occur for the benefit of other server admins/owners.

to know guid u need to type pb_power or pb_list, u can do that on eny server with pb enabled with only client rights
i am sure owners will be afraid to give control over thier server to ppl with not inaf knowledge

hhmmm, i feel sorry, but i wont accept maybe any by community voted SAT. U can abuse power als with beeing just a referee.
My servers has enough admins and 2!Sweet Freeze, basicly needs just 1 admin, because it is pure and pb protected.
I trust my admin team, which is made by a few 2!S members and a few foreign-clans-members.
And if community trust someone means not, that i trust someone. For example i have some personal issues with people who are trusted by community, but not by me because i know some stuff, what community does not know. good that i am able to keep some secrets 
whatever, it is much easier, to have some pb+pure servers and to have some nopb and nopure server and every serverowner calles his own adminteam as they want, and not be forced by someone, because i dont think, that someone share power just because community wants it.
that means not, that i, for example, dont listen to community, i do listen for sure, like maps, like what server is needed, and i look for commplainings also like for good stuff. i just dont want to share power with people who have no good relationship with me.
sounds sick and tyred, but i deside what i do with my money with all respect to community, but, i dont let me put in a closet.

1. Once upon a time, everyone was a noob. I remember those days, when some good guy helped me to start in E+, install mod, updating pb, etc...
There is no problems with noobs. SAT needs against fucking cheaters only.
2. We need some server without PB, for example to let noobs connect and feel the taste of E+
Only PB commands for SAT are not enough, since we need to register the cheaters' IP, GUID, before ban them.
3. But I got a nice idea now. There is a php script (that Im still use to control my server) called "Q3 WebRcon". I can modify it to restrict SAT rights for those commands only, that are really needed.
So If enough admins are interested and we can succesfully vote on ppl who are in SAT I start to make this page, to control servers and register cheaters data.
