Hello,

i have some strange "mouse speed" problems!!

The mouse speed change allmost on each server i join and sometimes after map-changes too! And sometimes it works like it should!!! WTF Thinking: Thinking: Thinking:

Thats my settings (Flexs Screens) btw. thx Flex N1!!!!!

And the 2 buttons (+) (-)---> disabled!!

So i dont know what to do!!!

I'm owner that mice and I never have any trouble:P

BTW: Look to your settings >> CFG

Try uninstall set point and install lastes set point version from: http://www.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/mouse/setpoint330.exe

Check again ur set point settings. Game detection system makes trouble with sens so check it again, it should be disable.

hey,

thx for fast answers!!

But i have to say nothing changed!!

I uninstalled "old" setpoint and installed "new",but its the same!!! Love struck

Game detection is disabled!!!!

Its still changin, normal to fast......!

Maybe i have to change some .cfg stuff?

I have similar kinf odf problem with G5, if setpoint is enables (not the os mouse stuff, in advanced game settings, hope you see what I mean)< when I press side button, dpi goes down and when I press -, dpi goes up...
If I use the os settings in setpoint, the + and - buttons work fine...

So maybe if your side button has a bind, try to not use it?

maybe you have a cfg that is set to auto execute but isn't cause it's over 16kb? and then ur baseq3 settings are loading which are wrong sensitivity & accel...possibility Tongue

yep tyrants idea could be one factor..check ur baseq3 conf..i had this problem too i just had to restart pc Worried do u have maybe other users on ur pc? cause i think thats my problem cause when my sister joins her account the dpi changes and the sensitivity ....

Hey,

its been a while i started this topic!

After 2 month of testing and changin cfg and mouse stuff, i havent found the answer!!!

At the moment im playing with a mx518 from a friend...., and its still the same!

So maybe theres something wrong with the e+ mod or in the cfg.....?

Btw i re-installed everything today! (Q3-->Poin. 132-->e+mod)!

So maybe someone have an idea........!

Im totally pissed off and sick of it all, im thinkin about quitting...., because its not fun anymore....!

check your running prosceces could be somthing to do with that.

might have started when u installed a new program.
that shit happens to me when something pops up in background while playing q3.

Are you sure you are not pressing the + and - buttons of the mouse? They set the DPI and when you're in game and press them you can go from fast to slow or slow to fast. They're at the wheel.
