Hi man. Best solution for you as i think - join some active clans and train with them. You can join 3 clans per moment - railonly, plus and e5r. If you have any questions, ask me in private messages in russian.

I'm altering my train on the fly if i need to test something and so on, once you know how to do it its easy.

for example, you want to learn hitting sure in most standard situations -> go train gauntlets with 100% accuracy.

yes being sure of hitting and from where the enemy might come from is very important i think
like knowing the angles of each room/corridor/tunnel is very good especially when playing team gametypes (TDM, Freeze Tag, CA, CTF )

and also train your hand to be ok with the sensitivity settings you have for your mouse .. to know that your hand won't betray when moving the mouse Happy

and .. don't give up.. that makes the perfect soup (mmm im hungry now Big grin )

load dm17 with bots, than go to red armor location. turn on the aimbot+autoshot, lean back and watch the game.
i do this before every fw/cw
c: xd don't take me srsly.
you don't need hard training. just play with friends and have fun x)

Re: training methods?

go play dm17 with 4x xaero @ nightmare level, set timelimit to 20. then.. restart map with 6 x gauntlet fraglimit 200.

rinse and repeat..

try to improve on your score with xaeros, and on your time with gauntlets

this in theory should boost reaction time and accuracy; but there is no subsitute for playing against real people.
