As a ref I tried to make it fair for everyone involved in the cup and convinced them to play even though this match won't be valid for the ranking (due to killer's ban). It's not up to me to decide how/why/what people get banned for, I just offered to help out with reffing cos I had some time spare and wanted to watch the match. I didn't think mvds were necessary so didn't record... Ranking moderators need to decide something for killers ban though so problems like this can be avoided in future.

As it was already mentioned this game can not be validated for rank. Referee may confirm the agreement made before the start of the match, which was playing this particular game outside the ranking. Lack of the demos also disqualifies this game for validation, however because of the previously made agreement this does not affect the case.

Your assumptions are not correct, as a ranking moderator I am obliged to stay neutral no matter which clan or person a particular case depicts. Every decision has to based on current ranking rules, you may follow any of the changes inside the RANK CHANGES topic.
About Killer's ban, it has been made permanent long before my tenure began. Since no repentance were shown during this period, ban will stay as is. Seasonal forum spam attacks does not help the case, only good will from Killer's side may start the process of suspending his ban.

Teq for instance did show some of his good will by apologizing here at forums, next ranking violation would bring back the permanent ban. As for the insults, we may only ban someone basing on facts backed up with evidence. Since I am not an active player and I do not play anywhere public, you may gather the evidence by yourself as well. Or you may try to join the rank team itself if you have the right attitude, as we are struggling with activity issues at the moment.
I do not recall Killer apologizing in the near past, or at least proceeding like he cares about suspending his ban. Time its not the main factor when it comes to permanent bans, it is the attitude.

Me, as a player from that CTF Cup, I would like to see killer playing at least in this cup,(killer i still hate you) since doing that isnt worse than cheating lol, imo, if all clans from this cup agrees to let him play or members/players would be the fairest.
It will be boring the cup without him... also i support bazz's opinion.
Zydek, you and your clan knew perfectly that this is CTF cup, so please stop the tdm/tag revenge excuse otherwise resign the cup or simply dont sign up again in a ctf cup
