For the plusN "issue", its that you play on beer and the beer plusN is custom but not renamed
Same goes for alot of things in beer server wich arent been made public or forgotten by players

Hope that it explains alot about the config "issue"

May be you have played plusN_v.2.5.cfg..?

I guess it was 2.4 with some adds Asphyx didn't announce to us.

"official" statement of beer.freeze was that the thawing time is the only custom chagen they made in the config itself?
anyways i was ok with that cfg as well, couldn't even say which i liked more and mb even if the changes werent a mind trick^^
anyways there was another issue with loading the cfg itself. at first we couldnt gren/bfg/rocket jump at all, but there was weapon damage. until someone figured how to fix it. so i guess the one who fixed it should write if that was a serversided problem or just some random issue.

ye fps i have rly. lucky because i play drunk and me team not ready for cw hyhy but i can say zmb have too lucky beast in this overkill, if zmb not take timeout in play-off I'm sure we win. From the other side this war was hard we want a rematch.
