It's called "having a shit pc with integrated video card that does not support nothing stronger and complexed than cs1.6 and q3" I know how to make high quality cfg very well, but i dont have a mashine to support it 
besides i would like to see you skull playing on this pc on which i play, cuz in that case the nub would be you ,so peace out!

ah sry equinox, good playing is about skill and equipment, not about pc x) been running q3 on 85-125 fps on a netbook 1ghz integrated gfx with an non optimised windows.
