The "we don't have demo or PB kick so we can't ban" stance is taken by an inexperienced new admin who has shown an inability of reasons/common sense when under pressure.

A statement either from the three stoodges in question or a further statement from the log source (in this case, A-ones or Camel - I mean no offense FPS but all we have atm is a screenshot with wallhack and a log, and the only thing that ties them together is a "quote" from Camel which can't be qualified as empirical evidence since we don't have direct statement from the source and your role is subjective in this case) would be all it takes to ban the three players in question.

And there have been high-level cheaters - Sombra in CPM duel (retard played a cup match and sent in a screenshot with the wh radar on it), zhu in CTF, LithXIV, Fragma and ZeroQL (I guess bananaklan would know about zeroql since he got his shit from them lolol - infa 142.5%) in TDM. I recall getting shitfaced on Jaggermeister about a year ago and doing a 4-hour written interview with a cheater from QL for an expose, trying to both understand myself what goes through their eyes and what sort of mental state they are in while cheating, and trying to narrate their point of view but the whole thing was never published since 1) it was too long to edit and 2) it was akin to interviewing a serial killer and I abandoned the whole thing.

The main reason a ban should be required is not the fact they cheated, but the fact they privately tested WH and laughed about it, and didn't report it, which shows intent to use said cheats in a malicious way to gain an unfair advantage in a competitive setting. If the new rank admin decides that no further action is needed due to a lack of demos, I suggest excessive gets a ranking admin that is capable of objective and rational thinking.
