after i read all posts, i have one conclusion - there is no relief for cheater. why? cause - cheate - is the state of mind. cant agree with argument - he was trying to show server weakness etc.. but u guys answering yourself - he didnt show it to anybody in public. so there is nothing to speak about in my opinion. sorry, but this is the true.

if the cheat is the state of mind sooner or later we will have same fun as we had once.. its unavoidable, like a bad habit, hazard, hard to stop when u tasted it once.

and yet i dont understand - what ur trying to provide some new option - that there are good cheaters and bad cheaters? if there is rule that using wallhack (cheats) is banable - so there is no other possible way like to give ban. cause one step out from the once choosen path will be green light for next one and so one and so one ... 'no we suppose to just give a warn cause im sure that he is a brave man, and he has nice look and he brush hes teeth every day - so he cant be bad cheater, he just didnt know what he is doing'

to be clear im not talking just about this case, but in general about whole problem with cheats and then with caughted cheaters. to end with that we all need to be consequent or it all is senseless.

who aint caught aint thief. he may forward the cheat, and still use it if he wouldnt have gotten caught.
So i think he needs a warning as minimum.

It draws all model on first layer.

Caught clans and players for ranking rules violations will be punished according to the warning/bans system.

here we get the amount of time for this violation:
Ban for active cheat is permanent, duration can be changed in case of public apology and the provision of cheating. The unban decision is up for ranking moderators with taking into account community opinion.

So he has been caught, only thing left to show is that he did cheat other players.
And since he played his teammates he did so.

Oh and btw about the he did it only for testing purposes, there is a anticheat group in e+ with oldschool players and NONE of them have been informed, not even hq.

Whatever benedykt was trying to do it was not for benefit of the community and everyone of you guys should get that. Noone of you actually had something of it, no new caught cheaters nor increase of security nor increase in challenge of the game itself. All his action left is the destruction of trust we see now.
