hmm we're going offtopic. but since u havent played recently. u wouldnt have played ntf would you? and ive seen people take ~400 shots and get 60+ accuracy. neways not interested in pursuing this further.

I think this about sums it up. Why do we need to debate over and over for so many pages???

The problem should be: "is Panic really a cheater (or he was only kicked by PB for illegal file(?". As I read this thread (hope didn't miss anything) I see two options:
1. He cheats because he's so weak without it that he wouldn't fit any clan. So he cheats only for that and this cheat gives some better perfomance for his gameplay but is still unnoticable (only by PB :roll: ) so he thought he could use it again. (come on)
2. He is not a cheater. He liked his Full-of-Mods-Q3-folder and he didnt want to get rid of this (He didn't know how to create new by himself). He knew there had been some cheaty files (maybe even with no influence to the game) there, but he believed that... (sorry forgot the nick) deleted them and everythig was ok. Until.... So his guilt is: he didn't keep promise to get new copy of Q3 and hence the same situation again (well, 2 months ban for that is fair punishment, dont u think?)

Which one is more possible - is up to you. I think the second one [He told u that story already, and it makes sense!]. I believe one of the mods is meesing up the files (maybe uses something from Q2 engine, dont know them all).

People are stupid sometimes, but life can create stupid situations as well (Everyone knows that).
I know how defenceles Panic is as I was accused of cheating once (playing bridge though which is my second addiction, oh well there are more... ) and then I could only say I was lucky (And I was lucky as hell, I wouldnt believe myself then - I made obvious mistakes which turned against our opponents etc.)

My advice to Panic: FIRST u have to make screenies of it with details as u were asked - I dont expect u will prove something (it's only a way to catch u on lie again to make your story less trustworthy). THEN PM me if u want any help with creating your new, pure one when this all ends.

Um, please correct me if i'm wrong, i can't find the correct actual topic in which it happened, but as far as i recall, it wasn't Panic that admitted to anything, it was that CS playing friend of Ram's that was the factual, self-admitted cheater then.

we have no jury to make it, in past was idea of make some sort of it but ppl who thinks thier personal way of thinking is the best dint allowed to crate it and we cant make a final verdict, we are just bunch of ppl bitching about guy who was busted with cheat related files twice and iven half of us dont know jack shit about what they talk
