i totaly agree with kiku above

maybe ppl should be punished when they break the rules more often like FOR EXAMPLE :
1/2/3/6 month penalty no ranking individual/in clan participation.
unable to post (forcemute) on forum

its about cuting their comunity related pie cake that anyone else deserves as being fair and respectful to the rules & personnel .

also clan leaders should take more responsibility when their members behavior it comes in play. cause the forum is just the court yard .. you learn stuff only in "school" / in your "group" , team / clan.

so if a clan member player is x times punished the clan can be punished because the leader didnt done teached his child-players... like 1/2/3/6/ mont penalty no ranking.
