It should be someone that "often" make a daily visit @ this forum, with q3-mod-speak knowledge, as neutral as possible, and without cheater past 
As some ppl lists, some Mr members and i would add Foxy, and dunno.. some others. I would help but i don't feel (head/time/other). For the rest, it's time to clean, GL.

Hope the new moderator will be objective and the emotions will not controlling him if some1 will criticize him than he must think about what can be wrong how to solve the problem and he will be not a egoistic (hope he will be not like: he know everything and there is only God who knows better)
Btw we can vote every 1 year a new one or frequently / new ideas maybe better maybe worser who knows
Ali have lot of time for this (dunno if he is the best 
:D ) and vote for Epsi cos he knows everyone and he is polite :D

Oh yeah, Koszmit is realy good for it, but maybe he doesn't want to be a mod-r or don't have time for it. Need some active man\girl who spent many time on forum i mean he\she very active forum reader.
