Yes the list of the e+ crew is up to date, everyone who was there were fired up because they were not doing the work they should do, Term refreshing the crew. All thought almost all Admins aren't active on that list to

i read here some people talks about some guys but not mentions their names, - name them ! :)
and activity like every day sometimes sounds very hard tasking thing; how much time must pass bye to name mod as inactive ?
concept(simple example): lets say 7 mods, every mod in a weak comes 1time/day, as you see, every day we have mod or every 7mod comes every day 24hours/7= ~3hours, and every mod stays on site well in all day just 1-3 hours, is it much ? and i do not know how this forum is moderated, but i think every section can have a different mod that fits better
why I'm touching time ? maybe some candidates can be concerned about theirs free time, or maybe some can be perfect just for some sections

This is the updated list yes.
That means some ppl were removed.
What you don't get is current moderators on the list aren't candidates, cos they are already mods. But there are few number of mods now, e+ crew needs additional mods.
Wanna avoid seeying mow, skull & co

im interessted to see "us" growing but....
...we all are human, human do misstakes, human have freetime, real life, privat problems and as long this isnt accepted and understood, this is a job wich cause for the worker much problems, stress, mental roller coaster.
I dont try to scare ppl, but in a leading postion it is like this, most of the time. I see this on my work ( i wont change my job with my boss job, even if he earns 3000 euro more money then me.)
I see it with children (14- 17 years old) as i took part as an groupleader for holliday travel with 40 children.
I just like to remind on such small things

ppl that find bans funny, shouldnt be MODs!
if u wanna follow the rules,
u must also know, wut the single measures (kick/ban)
are good for.
Edit: this is also a reaction on almost given suggestions!!!

which measure the right one is!
a kick doesnt hurt that much as a ban!
a MOD also needs to know about the consequences of his actions!
