meteor, 'Feb 2010' is a baaaad join date, there were examples 
seriously, a mod should be mature enough to act like grown ups do, polite (this doesn't mean asslicking ffs), principled, unbiased and also should have as much experience as possible (being mod and/or playing q3/e+). i think all will agree we don't need a know-all mod here who can't see beyond his/her nose. and imo, the most important thing is that mod should stay in contact with the community.

Ok, so Ive being here 11 months its not a long time compared to people that have being here years but i should think its long enough to have a good grasp on what is going on here. If people don't think I've been here long enough i'm should that will reflect once the new moderators have being accepted.
As for being mature. I'm 20, yes this is fairly young, however i have had plently of experience of sever administrating/website administrating. I may come over as light hearted and (wieja refers to me as crazy xD) but thats because i try to be friendly guy. About staying in contact i can assure you, i will be very active within the site making sure not just people are punished for breaking rules but learning to respect the rules/admin/mods/and each other .
And ofc i don't wont to come over as some "no it all" because i don't, no body does, but i would like to see a nicer, better community. 
(hopefully no spelling problems this time Edit opps i only just saw your little comment illica <3 )

camel, zont, kaktus, seebz, fate, kicek, larry, marcus, ali, spartan, epsilon and
asphyx ( little promotion 
)
there are friendly , have a good knowledge about e+ , are neutral , polite and that is a very good mix of personalities.

Zax, you will be good mod and I will vote for you but in next
election, now you are just too young and too fresh for comunity. Atm you
are doing good job and please keep this direction. My votes go to:
camel, epsi, asphyx, marcus (about old well-known members)
and if they are interested:
alienM, blackFX (about newer but imo undeniable trustworthy)
I don't vote against others, I just dont know them personally neither from forum activity.

I would add more mods to the current rooster.
I would like to see ppl who are unbiased with a sense of knowledge an preferably clanless.
I could mention a few of names but dont think they would want to do the job.
I would like to become a mod myself, but i dont care enough to do it.. unless i was getting paid.
Dont care who is rank mods long as they can rank games.
Rank mods dont make the rules we do as a community.
