I have no idea what language you speaking but definitely you having problems with understanding. The maps you post working fine only on community server, if it's busy, we changing server and maps aren't working again. Instead of making things easier, you doing that shit for the crappy movie no one gives a fuck.
I uploaded the the 2 maps needed on sunday night in our match with Mi3
then after the match i uploaded the rest onto the server
On the server side everything should be fine , problem is most likely to be on client side with different versions of these maps .
I will have a look after work tonight to see if there is double versions of any maps , if so i will delete both and upload them from the new map pack , just to be on the safe side

This was also done on the FTAG server aswell , just to make sure both servers were running the same maps with any conflicts
more optimal should be using original maps (non-modificated) from QL or from Q3? Logos can be added by making another *pk3 file with only different LOGO. There is no any real idea to making whole new mappack because of logo. Logo of cup in different pk3 file should eliminate problems with pure and whole mappack at servers. mzi as creator should know something about pk3 files or maybe some1 need to check deeply that mappack joke. Iam hope that next OSRC will not push players to download whole mappack again, but only pk3 file with different logo. (same like it is with different models nad sounds)
the whole problem was that mzi or whoever added R2 loggos on these maps
That ment that what ever server uploaded them played with another clans loggos
we first changed them ourselves to our own loggos
then with a file that Thor made that would show our own loggos no matter what version of the map that was uploaded onto our servers
ofc this caused so much trouble with players having different versions in their baseq3 files

ooops ! forgot to say , if the next instalment of OSRC comes along the loggo will have to change to OSRCV
This doesnt take long to sort out client side , aswell as server side
players that are taking part in these cups need to dl them right away , rather than when they are ready to take part in their first tie !
