In 1v1 sticky nades is the thing. I don't mind the spawnthing with them, but you can use them as mines. Your enemy walks on it! Big grin

Yeah, a rocket launcher, that, comparably, has a much weaker knockback, and as such, can't be used for fast movement like gl can.

My point still stands: stickies would distort tdm and freeze. Not because they're useless, never mind that they are, but because they will take a vital means of movement from us.

Actually as it is now is good, except more direct nade damage in non tourney gametypes.

Since no working download exists at the moment, and i keep getting asked by people where to get the latest plus, here it is (attachement).

Dear Beer Freezer Admin,

gravity 800 is default, no need to put it in plus.cfg

g_gamespeed is kinda default in e+ for plus/bro players, but it is not our intention to force player to play under this gamespeed. Also there is no rule which requieres this setting.

Further, in weapon.cfg, like plus.cfg u dont use any "seta/set/sets" for variables.

It would make more sense to put this 2 commands in rotation.txt instead of plus.cfg, and any server-admin can decide by himself, since this commands are no typical game.cfg commands, but server.cfg commands.

@CTF Players
There will be in some weeks a final version of plus config, we dont know currently if we a make a all in one config, or if we make a plus2.cfg, that is not clear currently, but it would be nice to know again, what the ctf-players would wish again. Especially the suggestions of Zoo-Team and maybe nwc would be interesting.

We tend to make a plus2.cfg, which will have some major changings to plus.cfg, (eg. cpm-alike switchtime, less multijumps, lower damage on rail, so no insta-kill when play has armor, maybe a extended armor-system (just thinkings)) that is the reason why we think it would be better to make 2 confgs, also for the people who dont like changes and prefer old plus.cfg, but both versions will include the suggestions of the ctf players.

But nothing is clear now.

Thank you mow lower rail damage seems cool still one kill but when using armor it will take more than one shot is that correct?

Also I would like to se a bit stronger mg since compared to E5 it seems much weaker maybe it is because the cycle maybe it's something else as for multi jumps well you know my opinion CTF is meant to be played with no mj i hope some other players agree on that, but is good to hear something will be done concerning ctf and taking into consideration the CTF player's opinions.

Dear 1337warez,

I guess it will be impossible to remove the mj's completly, but i guess we can lower it to 2 or maybe even 1 mj. Depends on the zoo-players, since those play the most ctf in plus.cfg and there are tons of great moves which wouldnt work without mj's, but i guess it is possible to lower them to 1 or 2, so that movementmistakes, for example on the spacemaps or other long distance maps like mapel4b will punished by falling down or by getting killed due enemy.

Current movementmistakes are not punished by falling down, since u can rescue urself pretty easily and other moves dont need to be done correctly, since u can correct it by the too high ammount of mj's, so it needs not so much skill and engeagement to learn the moves correctly.

Tend goes to 2 mj's for ctf (and maybe 1 for plus2.cfg in generell, not only ctf), in plus.cfg it would affect just gametype 4 (ctf) not the other gametypes.

Anyway, i need to catch "Flex" more often, since he has some sights which i dont have, since this has to be a final release of plus and plus2 configs (further relases will just happen, if configs have bugs on new releases of Excessive Plus).

I don't like to see configs change, but I think there can be some changes, I will gather all the animals to talk about it Tongue. So soon we will give our oppinion on what things should be changed, for example no insta kill if armor is taken is a very good option.
