MU WAR SERVER & MU WAR #2, -C4- Server & -C4- #2 have not original r4eCA, not the same quote:

Because we have an issue within the config ( gametype? ) I've added a rule to let it nnot be abused!

* You can only switch in players between when the round has ended and counts down from 7 till round starts.

Just to be sure: 4 maps as tie, means winner of first map rejects twice and other clan reject only once?

Yes unless 1 map is already chosen to play by 1 clan, then you cannot pick that map anymore.
