Since they dont like our whoring elsewhere
Van Beethoven, Chopin, Shostakovich, Janacek, Satie, Prokofiev, Bach... some black metal, less death metal. Tori Amos, NIN, Skinny Puppy, Pink Floyd. Um. Lots of random stuff too.

Ahh, a fellow Tori Fan---a man similar to my own tastes. I looove Tori.
Also, I like varied music.

Don't get me started on Tori. I actually have a psychic link with a few die-hard fans -- interestingly enough I'm the only straight man I know with a Tori-connection. Everyone else is gay men and bi-women. lol

It's nice to find a fellow Tori fan on here....

Um, that's like asking what my favorite candy bar is.
i'll just say i'm not a big fan of The Beekeeper. It has grown on me but it will never come close to any of the others.
I love them all but Boys for Pele has a special place in my heart. Also there's something about scarlet too. god, it's just so hard.
some fav songs off the top of my head are precious things, mother, sugar (any live version), professional widow (hate ALL the remixes), Icicle, oh god, lets just say that my tori amos folder has 287 song files in it
See? She's one of the aforementioned die-hards I have a Tori-Psychic-Link with.
My love for Tori dates back to the late early 90s ('92? '93?), right about the same time I got into NIN also. All of her albums hold a special place in my heart for their own reasons...
Have you read her bio? "Piece by Piece?" It was released in conjunction with "The Beekeeper..." I agree that Beekeper is not one of my favs. It is ok...she has become more subdued.
Boys For Pele---great!. Under the Pink--great!- Some of her B-sides are wicked good, as well...
She moves me.

Well, i borrowed piece by piece from a friend... and it was just too much ethereal fluff for me. i wanted tori's story in plain english, you know? so it was hard for me to get into it. i got a little more insight into her miscarriages and what not, but i mean.... i dunno, it seemed like such fluff to me. i guess i should try some of the biographies on her since i never have.
have you ever listened to Azure Ray? I got Necro into those girls hard core
Azure Ray, both as a duo and as the individual solo artists, are both very amazing.
