lololol...couldnt agree more....err tartaros u keep saying that u dont want to make e+ a copy of cpma or osp..but if we implement most of ur suggestions then e+ would be come just like clan arena with a little bit more weapon damage....i agree when u say that e+ is a little more noobish compared to cpma but then i feel that comparing e+ and cpma would be patently unfair....e+ is about a different set of skill requirements compared to any other mod...u say its way too easy to get a kill in e+..sure it is..but u have to consider that it is as easy for ur enemy to kill u as it is for u to kill ur enemy...
but there are a couple of things on which i agree with you...perhaps the mod could do with a little bit of toning down of weaps damage...and the way the rockets are u almost never get to make good midair shots..perhaps the rockets could be made a tad bit slower...

ps: this post is not meant to suggest that i dislike cpma or clan arena..in point of fact i play CA all the time when im not playing e+..u can find me on the quakersnet CA server....

btw, splash damage isnt just to damage, it is the essentiel for the special weapon movement.

Again, if u can create a nade, rocket and bfg, which has the same movementphysics with knockback, as it would have with splashdamage, i would join ur config.
But that is impossible.
I already worked on it for many hours, testing valous piece for piece, but weaponmovement with knockback only will never have the same feeling as weaponmovent with splashdamage.
And, about removing multijumps i thought couple of times about it, but i am just afraid about the rumors which will come for sure.
But i will make maybe the fsc-server with some chanings, just to test it But i will never go so far as you try

And about all other things go on with testing. I have barely time the next couple of weeks, the only thing what i have to do with Excessive Plus is 2-3 times a week to play a half hour.

is like good recepee for food, all ingridients are important even those which is used in small amount :!: So changing alot ingridients and amounts you can make great meal for you but for majority shitty meal. What you done that is not anymore E+.

baseq3? I kinda find it hard to believe that you said that without irony. Bfg slides, powerful rocket jumps and nade jumps without losing health, more powerful weapons, rail jumps, easy plasma rides and many more. :roll:
Makes me wonder why people think that excessive plus is meant to be e5 or bro-like. It can be everything you want. I didn't make a "final" proposal. I would post a cfg for that. I asked for discussion, to create a better cfg, as a community.
All i am saying is make a cfg that requires slightly more skill and has more to offer in terms of gameplay and fun.
