Thus I vote for him, I think he's capable of doing it, and he's friendly.

Also, getting friends to vote for you isn't all that bad either, I mean, if you've got a lot of friends (and they vote for you), doesn't that mean you're friendly and beneath all that aggressiveness, your true friends really know you and think otherwise? (lol Mow). They might not read the forum that much, but they still know/like the guy. It's like, two politicians fight over presidency, but only PoliticianA goes campaigning across the country trying to get people to vote for him and eventually wins, despite the fact that PoliticianB could be a better president, and then it's PoliticianA's fault for winning. Imo he seemed to want the job pretty much to work for it, thus he put more effort into it.

it is about general forum moderation, not about e5 or plus moderation. the mod becomes not server admin. U dont need to know people to moderate the forums according to the forum rules and guidelines. A foreign person as mod would be the best anyway.

u just need to read what nice posts gasol is writing on e5-clanrank. not worth to become a generall mod.

Nonsense... I think you may have got some wires crossed there. Its a job of administration not politics . I can see how you are seeing the word vote and got all a bit jibberish. The vote is simply a way of trying to involve and include the community.

If i was to have done some 'vote gathering' im quite sure i could have got my clan mate iz many votes. As it stands i voted for hq, not because he is nice or a smilie chatty person on server(not withstanding i like and have respect for him) but because i think he is the best person for the post. Its a shame some people obviously have given little or no thought to their vote, the community, or its needs.

Im very dissapointed to say the least.
