depends on that how you interpretate the rules.
fact is that he wasnt busted with active cheat + he is tristed in twt so he is there in special section just for him ;]

btw. he should be unbanned and recive just yellow card Tongue

Seriously i saw you playing over years, on hiszys, on ney ctf, on german servers you was never that good in the opposite at least i remember times on hiszys, you were much worser than me Tongue and now i randomly see you on BEER holding up with the best swedish players .... sure!!!

Those are old rules, i watch ranking rules... sinse not everything is clear by rules and we have 2 diffrent types about this stuff Happy we should make things more clear ? because i cant follow shit if we keep the rules you post what are in conflict with the ranking rules ? so nvm all this WHAT EVER Happy
