no its not assigned to germans only, u can get this inet in some other countrys too, i will look later for it where u can get it, iam pretty sure in poland its availlable too, and with a laptop u can make much more things than other stuff

iam not 100% sure but i have seen something there last time, u can have a german telekom inet in other countrys how said i will look for that later

ok bert u are right this is really german inet, just have seen on some sites that there are some projekts from telekom in some other countrys (german inet with german ips and such stuff) ok, now its endet again, iam the worse admin cause i posted bullshit again and ok for me dont want any more discussion :)^
