btw.. just noticed this now. The quote above is "playing for the audience", trying to get off by the now-commonly accepted cheater rule if-he-doesn't-know-about-it-and-how-it-works-let-him-try-again. I mean how much skill does it take to install something new for quake, there is usually a readme with most of the files downloaded. Besides playing would be much harder too, if you don't know how to install something then how are you supposed to configure your config, or even move it to the right folder, let alone moving maps.

I'm not saying that this is proof for being a cheater, but more people will start to act in the I-don't know-anything-way as a means of defence after being caught cheating.

the law says that panic will be banned.
there many people not trusting him anymore (first he got kicked several times for mon_fov 180 and now for a .dll)

I'm really disappointed in this guy apart from the obvious. Just last week we were chatting and i helped him locate the e+ mod and helped him set nice rate/snaps/packet settings. And today he had the cheek to come back to the zombie server and use a cheat.. bastard.
