I would be as hard as u if he would have been catched for an active cheat.
My decission why i ban him just for 2 months is his stupidness and i never saw him playing strange way, no strange shots (usually), no supection for wallhack, etc.

the cheat does not run in q3 - at least i could not get it working, it replaces the q2.exe and would not work on the q3.exe.
the rar file i downloaded also contained more dll files, which i thought would get picked up by PB, and more noticably the 2 exe files, all of which needed to be extracted into the q3 directory.
panic, have you got a screeny of your q3 folder, ( i know they can be edited but there is a reason for my asking)

if it has dll's you can mount it with some dll hook. so in that case it could work.

Ok mow, like I said its your call and respect the way you debate issues. That said, allowing him on a server doesn’t change my view.
If nothing else he has made DEVA banned from playing EVOL in cw, I’m just going to use 1 of the times he got caught as the reason. Not that its such a big deal but there it is.

basic rule your server, your call mow there is no argument
Personally I think you are being too soft, and EVOL still won’t play DEVA while here is s member. I know what i saw just before he got kicked and that coupled with the 3rd !!! pb kick is enough for me.
