That's not always true but it should be that way.

Actually 3 of the suggested persosn took back a known cheater into the comunity, thye had their reasons but I would never agree in taking back a cheater, so parting from that point I would not accept the judgment of this persons as valid.

well there is enough people in this community to do all of those things and still enough to have a panel of people that can make decisions as a group to get what is best for all - not just for banning cheats but for abuse / racism / sexism / having bad haircuts. . . etc etc. look at the positive that can come out of this - dont go into it with a closed mind Winking

This is my favourite point, let's do some face control... Laughing

Adding what goddam says about racism/sexism/to handsome like me/bad haircuts/anoying is a perfect idea. It will make the comunity grow united and stronger .. and i think there is needed more persons.. like 7 or one or two heads per clan (old experienced wise clans).

i think someone , not me , i am travelling very soon ,( hopefully) , have to take care of the elections.

there is work to do :

1/ define who can be voter ( perhaps define a list).
2/ define who are candidates for this. ( people listed above have to accept the responsibility.)
3/ announce results of vote.

all the things related to the prerogatives and means given to the council , can be decided later in another discussion.

this has to be done quick to not let the subject be forgotten and need responsible people to take care of.

who can be in charge of organizing votes?

please write down names here.

I find this idea abit too extreme. Is it really necessary to have a council to decide who gets banned or not? Don't think so... I'm with Faith on this one, proven cheater = ban 4 good = end of story. If sometimes cases will arrise where suspicion is floating around a certain player, then we should post the demo of the respective player and let the experienced players of e+ state their opinions. Cheaters indeed have started to gain far too much attention around here and this council will only boost that even further.

Casa the Counsel should consist of a group of 12 - 15 Admins and CLanleaders throughout the e+ community. There should be a forum for the demo's to be posted for review. Remeber also that representatives must be distributed accross the US and Europe.

i dont think its really necesary. informaly such a council already exists. and it works great. making it formal will just go overboard and ruin it all.

I am proud of spreading a pirated Excessive Plus version and claim to be the original author, yay!
