alright guys
casa must be reading my thoguhts bocose i thought of the same thing yesterday night
Just look what this forums has become... everywere fights about cheater argues and war..everywere ffs
i htink it is a good idea to ahve a concil not only about disigion of cheaters faiths but about many other things
my suggeston is... 1 person from every active known clan should be in that concil
they would vote about desigions that r made in this community
Think about this its a realy nice idea..
yesterday i read shoutbox and i dint belive my eyes everybody is fighting calling eachother names ffs guys it must end thats why i think leaders should be chosen
its like a country every country has a president or a parlament that disidse stuff... it helps
thats all .. i hope this will lead to someting

I don't like this idea very much. For me there is only one rule, cheat = ban 4ever!!! Nothing more..
aimbot and autoshoot are easy to see and to proof but there is a big problem with wallhack. You can't proof wh by spectating the player or a demo and this is the shit point:
5, 7 or 9 players saw the demo and 3, 4 or 5 players said he used wh and so he will banned from all servers. And why? Because only some players said he used it... That is a big problem.
And there are not so much famous "cheaters" (it means, maybe they are cheaters) where the whole e+ community talk about them, like Holy (ok it is proofen 
), goof (me ), Xeno and the Ge*R Clan.
And so try to make this things:
1. Turn PB suddenly on when you are not sure
2. Cheat = Ban
3. You need proofs to ban a person
4. Always PB on @ leagues/cups/tourneys
I hope my english is good enough that everyone can understand it.

ok.goof thanks. this is how we worked till today. and still we are arguing about cases indefinitly.

why live by the will of a council, if that council can go wrong?

Casa it's not about if we (KO) are in that council or not, i simply dislike the idea in general. Giving that much power to a small group of people is not such a good idea imo. Fights/flames will go even higher than now. I still say we stick to the current formula where no members form a council, but where the important and experienced ones have a say about possible cheaters. And we should value their opinion the most, but not necessarily make it the law.
Also think about the people that will not make it in a possible council, they could feel left out and get angry, bringing more hate/envy into e+.
And e+ has got a lot of that lately...

Look...for day to day cheaters , no problem , i agree with you.
server admin can take care of this , to a certain amount.
but for problems arousing in leagues for example. where organisers have to decide who and who will not play in league...or problems arousing during games in league...i a m sure the council would be of a greeat help , cause sometimes it is not de duty of the organizer of the league or of the tournament to decide such things , because some of the organizers will not be as good in organising leagues as to spot a cheat.( 1/argument )
also , for problems like the goof case ( wich is still not clear in the mind of a lot of people here , though you made your statement , trance and HQ, about it....) , this organisation would study it and issue a verdict.
this would remove the weight from you or other players to explain again and again the same situations.( 2/argument)...
this council already exist , trance , and faith....we just need to make it official, and speaking about DRT and KO , i dont see the problem for you both....since you will be in it.
so just say yes and decide who from your both clans will be be presented in it.
if you guys still not be convinced about all this...i suggest we go through a poll.
