This all sounds good .. i guess?!
But lets not forget that this still is just a game... I think it goes a little far.

mmmh, yes, i agree with mouzer

this justiz-team would be with the task totally overtaxed.

1. Pressure of the community
2. Personal stuff
3. Envy

I will announce my opinion with pleasure, but I would not like to become part of this team if it comes.

So as it was in the past, it was OK. I have here one oppinion with trance.

I dont like this idea. Who is a real expert in detecting cheats? PB!!!!
Not any player and we all can read in past topics how many of the listed players acted in a strange way about suspected cheaters in past.
For my person, I can say, that I will not accept or respect any "Court"- decisions, because it is still no proof.
There might be some players who think they are great cheat-detectors, but those make me only laugh.

SO: Lets stay on PB and activate it !! To be sure !!

aarrgghh!! ITS NOT ABOUT CHEATING - ITS ABOUT BEHAVIOUR.
if someone cheats in my server they are banned. full stop.
if someone is acting a fool and making others unhappy through their actions / words then it can get personal. it is more about having an unbias opinion about what the communitys best actions towards an individual should be. like at the moment XENO is being banned - now should i ban him from my server because one person says so... see the reasons in having an unbias opinion from more than one person.

no cause to hack on casa. he brought up just an idea, which isnt that worse if u look what all happend meanwhile. but a judgment is even to much. people who decide what happen isnt a solution.

well , i guess we have had all opinions of most concerned people about E+ , here. i regret only HQ and wax didnt express here what they think about that.

maybe they will do it later.

what i retain here is mainly ,members against this proposal think that :

1/ it is overtaxing the game ; like...too much for a game .
2/ sytem is good enough now.( change can ruin it all )
3/ this can cause more problems for community (arguing with council decision).
4/ will put a lot of pressure on this elected people.
5/ too much power in hands of few people.( can lead to abuses).
6/ none is expert enough to take that role. (whereas Punkbuster dont make mistakes)

i only have one last concern...

i agree that some of whom we ask to take this responsibility dont want to.
cause too much work and pressure.or even they think it is useless , but why dont we take opinion of other people on this community.

noobs , people just joining in E+ and wondering how it works.or just the regular average player.

the best way to do it , is to make a poll, i am really interested to see the result.
