i saw what you said. it definitly makes sense.
perhaps instead of point difference for how much points you win we should use efficiency. that way winning swe is lets say 10 points even though they are 8th on list due to inactivity.

If swe is inactive i don't see any problem to let them bad ranked and if they don't play then they loose skill so they don't keep their level. The rank show activity and skill so i think there shouldn't be any special rules for inactive clans.
About reseting points i was accused to make a league lol now others propose it 
I don't think that good clans witch worked hard to win clanwars will accept to see their points reset to 0 in the begining of each new season. But i'm agree with foksie to give a little advantage of points for the Winner each year same for the 2nd and 3rd etc to the 10th. Other can reset isn't it ?

techincally this would be the only reset, casue we would start a new method of ranking, one that clans werent aware of before.

aaah ok so create a new rankcount with the system i proposed from the 1/6/2006 right ?
Why not giving points like in formula 1
10 points for the 1st
8 for the 2nd
6 for the 3rd
5 for the 4th
4 for the 5th
3 for the 6th
2 for the 7th
1 for the 8th
But maybe we should create a poll to agreed this method before installing it.

i think, just a system will work, which is easy to handle, and is handable on the same way as the old ranking was.
without any special planning from the clans is needed.
everything what need a special attention from the clans will fail.

agreed.
simple is best - something everyone can use and understand.
i think you gotta have a ranking and a league.
ranking done old way - you win you get points - you lose you get shit.
league done by each clan having to play each clan - this could be set to efficiency with no anomolies.
both easy done.....

that's what we proposed, the leaders have to do nothing more. The only change will be for the guy who will rank the wars. He will care rank of both clans before updating the rankboard, to give the right amount of points to each 1

im quite supprised to see few members share there thoughts in here.
this is the new ranking that is going to come into place for all clans and be here for long time.
it would be nice to see more ppl share there thoughts an find ways to improve this.
now ill share my thoughts as a clan leader.
things that dont work is telling clans when to play who to play an where to play.
clans must be able to choose there opponant and a suitable time to play each other.
maybe you could set a rule to max ranked cw's each week is 2 this will prevent clans boosting ahead from everyone.
