About the websites i think its only matter of watching what clan websites are inactive and re assing them to the newest clans that needs them.

I don't know anything about game development, but i'm a capable web developer (PHP/MySQL/HTML/Javascript altough i suck at designing and CSS), so i offer as a volunteer to improve this site, maybe include an official automated ranking system and merge it with the clandb, any improvements in the spider, make the shoutbox for registered users only and any other suggestion or improvement. Its nice to see new development for this mod.

From what I was told, the "good" Quake 3 coders remaining can be found around the ioquake3 project (irc, forums). In all cases, I've been playing with the Quake 3 sources myself, but I doubt my level as a progammer is what is required for this challenge. Good luck easy, to you and the future programmers
No time for development now , sign me in for beta testing
Just throw the source up into an SVN repo and make it publicly accessible, that way people who want it can get it... That's what I think anyways.
compatibility issues.
sloppy/unorganized coding.
limited access, sure i guess. But you still need a head dev who maps the project out, which is what easy is looking for from my understanding.
