New ideas for e+
1 )advertise around the internet(moddb, wiki pages, quake sites, etc).
2 )a standalone game with new maps and models.
3 )make on E+ gametype and maps from Q3 TEAM ARENA.
4 )Add e+ to Clanbase or ESL..
5 )more developers such as coders (for improving mod).
6 )webdevs (to finish this site).
7 )designer (for some art work).
8 )people for documentation.
9 )make a trailer video.
10)update the Excessiveplus youtube account
11)add new features
12)utilize existing features
This is only a list with the possible ideas, i would like to have different team for every idea, every team have a manager and it's better also that the project of every team is decided not only by the team menager, but by him and some other person.

It would be nice to see a config game type that does not rely on score but instead how many lives you have. so at the end of the match the best player would remain from each team where as the other players watch. (say about 10 lives each and two teams or even pairs for team so multi teams as well maybe*.)
*donnu if these exist but it would be fun to play these game types and maybe try to look at other games to simulate there rules.
*i dont no how to make these gametype configs myself anyone got advise on how to start learning

This is basicly an idea of PTE : Push The Enemy, how many times u died count cos on the end only players who has less deaths is on top and it can be played on teams using CA. The objective is to push enemies on void lava etc.. to die.

Gametype like in Black ops: arsenal -!- first u have only mg, after killing enemy mg exchanged with plasma, then plasma exchanged with grenades and so on, last kill with gauntlet. Ok its not serious

U are talking about new maps here. There were tons of maps made by Kid and others, but none played on servers. Basically not suits for e+. May we should make community map? Post yr drawings, plans how it should looks like, what textures there should be etc. and how large it is... then i believe mappers team could create something. Its possible that many mappers work on a single map

i can already make maps i mean there needs to be diffarent gametype configs not just based on changing the weapons but other things as well like how freeze tag is difference to deathmatch. any idea on how to start learning to make game type configs. also i have yet to try PTE,but ali i give you a game some time ok

For that you need some popular server support, but no they prefer to keep things as they want to have ppl. = they don't help mappers

just few remarks:
1. map wont be played if it has crap lightning and shaders.
2.if map is less detailed and has thin walls it wont be played.
3.Textures should be in quake3 style, more gothik alike and its spirit.
4.Map should have specific place like a quad in poq3dm5, like bridge in overkill
I suggest that community drawing a map plan, then mapper compile it fastly without shadows, aas, optimization and lights, so community could try it. If it suits next step will be textures and detalization and at the end lights, enities, clips, optimization

Even if yr map wins there's 99% chance yr map wont be played and no chance it will be uploaded on beer or aim servers.
Just looked at existing maps made here and what can i tell is that they noway suits for e+, including mine ones. If some ppl commenting that map is nice and good work etc... It doesnt mean community likes it. Just majority clever enought to not post shit comments about it.
Anyway lets see how many of players really needs new maps. Will see how many comments and drawings come. Atm iam thinking only few ppl need maps
