the actual readme for the qname 1.0 was made by wasp killer and can be found in here : http://www.excessiveplus.net/documentation/client/names
(the qname program has a link to this documentation from Help menu -> Online Docs )

but for qname 2.0 there was no one that volunteered to do the job .. qname 2.0 dont have to many changes .. it has more features added and you can find the list of the additions(changelog) in here :

but i think that the documentation that wasp killer made is very good and explanatory (85% - 90%)

thx for the posts epsi.
its more of getting the program to install problem rather than using it (which i havnt even done yet)

Ive updated my java to verision .23 (latest)
when i click on xpQname.jar it tells me to open program file with ?
i search for C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe

i see a flash of an ms-dos like application
Then nothing?

help???

Open a commandprompt in the directory where you have xpQname in and run the jar manually:
java -jar xpQname.jar "[here_goes_path_to_excessiveplus_installation]"

What's the output?
