This topic has been voted on many times in the past. Rules were put in place, and they are not going to be changed any time soon. The support for the ranking ban for cheaters was very clear cut. If anyone has any other legit considerations feel free to pm me or any other mod.

ok. but why Rena isnt allowing me to join a clan, since she says that if i join a clan, that clan will be banned from the rankings.
Im not a cheater, i didint do anything that bad.
Quite a few things, but that was almost 2 years ago, and i certainly made a change.

Personally, i dont give a fuck who cheated before as long as i know him to be clean for a long time.
In this Ice issue, i cant remember when he was caught, but i remember when i talked to him, he told me that himself (that was way back when i just started playing). Since then we have had games with XP and as far as i remember there werent any problems.

lets talk about rules pls.
if you want something approaching the real life justice, lets have something like :
- the prosecutor (server owner) have to give the proofs of cheat.
- the cheater should have a lawyer (a ref), and if he knows no one, a ref would be assigned by default. 
- they should be randomly 9 well known players called to give a judgement.
- ofc some witness say what they want in the cheater topic.
- at the end, depending on the cheat and on the (ex-cheats), the cheater is banned for x days/months or years. 
- some time later, if the cheater thinks he have changed and wanna have a second chance, maybe he could have one depending on the circunstance.
hehe, but I'm sure u prefer something more simple

Alex I have no idea why you can't join a clan. You can do whatever you would like. I only stated that a known cheater will not be ranked. I have never seen anything on you so I can't speak about you personally.
Aluminium you idea has been voted down in the past. the idea of a counsel has come and gone here. I think that having PB proof and a demo is enough.
As for banns, that is server specific. If admins want to ban a know cheat, that is up to them, if others want to share those bans, again thier right to do so. They pay for thier servers so we have no right to say anything.

Ask rena lol. Rena doesnt give me the chance to join any clan, because the clan will not be on the rankings. So, no clan takes me.
Also rena thinks i am ICE as i pointed before.
Cant do anything about that.

I would like to pick up the note of Wax. To be unfaithfull can have many reasons and it always depends on the interpersonal relationship, whether the partner forgives or not.
That somebody is unfaithfull can happen theoretical to everyone. This is a topic of a very big range and there are too many points to make a discussion here on this board.
Whether I would forgive my girlfriend depends strongly on the conditions. I would presumably separate from her but it would be hard to through away the current 11 years we are together. How i said, it would depend on the situation.
In the online-life it is personally for me very similar. During "Lucifer", also known than "Lem-Ice" has only bad intentions i can't compare the spanish ICE with him.
Do not forget please, I use ICE only as an example! During Lem-Ice is laughing just his big fat ass off, presumably the other ICE has maybe been really sorry.
That is exactly one of the main points which make me think. The feelings of other people do interest me. Many other ones are mainly interested at themselves.
I heard arguments as for example:
1) I feel deceived, therefore I do not want to play against former cheater.
2) I change the server if i c a former cheater, there are a lot of servers
3) I dont wanna have my fun beeing spoiled
(About point 2, i don't know many PB+Pure Public Servers to be honest, 2!S Freeze/1v1, AIM+1v1 and the NWC Servers, on the other servers u r permanently in danger to meet a cheater by high chance)
This are just 3 examples, because i feel already writing a book. Sure, the 3reasons are "very" valid, and understandable. But to come back to the example ICE, he is playing mostly on pb+pure servers, wasnt caught again for more than one year. Personally for me there is still a distrust, but i am a person who is pro-second-chance and I care the feelings also of people who make mistakes.
Like i said, the reasons above are very valid and everybody has the right to decide for himself.
I didn't saw here many "own"-oppinions, i just saw a lot of reactions of already made posts.

i stand for what i think, even if 12 million people believe now i am a cheater friend, just because they "maybe" are not able to read what i write and in which context i do that.
sometimes i have the strong feeling, that torzelan is one of the rare guys who can "read, think, post".
