Reno! I must say, I tested it, I like it.
But I agree with simp, we need a bit more rail. You cant spam with rail 
More rail amo ammo and we are ok

Take out the insta rail kill and you will directly loose 85% of your players. Go play CPMA if u dont want insta rail ffs.

and bfg ammo regenerating so u can spam as always..

imo this conf has some differences to plus, but wont stop any spam (and 10 rail slugs suxx ass, 200 is good imo)

I'm sorry, but I'd prefer plus.cfg more than this.
- The RL-cycle was too slow. I usually use rockets to move and it won't work with this one at some places.
- I didn't like the MG and LG - It was too e5'ish (Since it's called proplus, I guess it's for the plus side?)
