so as the title says, the beta of q3r got released for public download. i've always been kinda curious about this project coz it could improve quake since it's stuck for years. im always open for new things and improvements, i was thinkin about some project like this even before q3r would be known but was just only my fantasies, now seems these fantasies are getting true and mby would be good. so i wanna to bring this news over this community and invite who is interested to try it out and share his/her opinion, ofc don't forget it's a BETA version so don't expect a great quality game or bugfree, it's not the final product and it's been released exactly for BETA testing for bugs etc but still, we can already try it out and share our 1st impressions about it. i made this post exactly for satisfy my curiosity about other ppl's opinion about it. anyway, i wanna point out something that im sure someone will say or think.. "im not turk's fanboy and im not been sent by him", im not making this for their interest or advertising anything, he doesn't even know im making this topic here, as i said, the purpose of this topic is exclusively for my own interst and curiousity about other gamers opinion. now, here is 2 links, 1 for download and one for a forum page on q3reloaded site that are many useful info to read in those posts, i also posted there a problem i had and it's been fixed, there u can see the answers of the coder "speaker", so it's a useful page to keep an eye on it.
