ahah im still laughin my ass off since i found those 2 cvars in documentation lol but to be honest i think there is little sense in it, making it officially available and ON by default will put everyone on same level and will fuck up soundhaxers, it won't be only their exclusive hack. i don't think it will make it so different, coz it's just louder footstps, no big change but at least everyone will have it so no haxers. im curious about somthing skull, about what u said for checksum and soundhax, could be also wallhack? anyway, i think there can be a way for check even those fake checksums, that would be good.

hmm, there couldn't be a fix for this checksum changes? and if pure would be fixed we would still have this checksum problem? anyway, in q3r not even checksum would be a problem for wh since antiwh closes every possibility to it, or i think so at least..

Look diablo, the only way for a anticheat is another external programm - quake pure can be hacked easily, but pb still can check up on it. all in 1 executable does just nuts.

well as i said before the poping up problem could be solved, don't think it's impossible, so what u think about it if that problem would be solved?
yea, an external program like pb would be good, there are any? some available? seems not, and pb as i said its extremely outdated and there are many new hacks nowdays. so a proper AC it's already a great step for start. it's not only just an executable but something more since will have a proper AC and other stuff. so with this system, there won't be wh and soundhax so then? minor cheats like autoshoot and other sux things, but those are extremely easy to get caught by AC and by players around, so it's like 80% of cheats are avoided then the 20% of rest it's easily blockable. what u think?
