Fragfest Mapping ?
It's harder to do than I've thought . I removed 'surfaceparm slick' and even 'textures/common/slick' from all *.shader files where I found them, but anyway it's exploited. Maybe anyone knows the solution. As for me, as those are brushes with the texture 'slick' but not entities, I know the only way in such a case:
1. Convert *.bsp to *.map
2. Edit *.map file (but before it, one should fix all the textures which have been shifted while conversion, and it can take too much time)
3. Compile *.map to *.bsp
If the map were small, I'd do all this. But it's one of the hugest maps.

one hour if i will set fire in ctrl button i can find place and stay there one hour
spawnpoints problem? no problem add an ents file with all the items and spawnpoints changes you want
