3xA devs have teams unlike us who has one coder left. and god knows what he does, besides this should be considered to him as a hobby, noone pays him or makes donations.
Everyone was screaming that we need an antiwallhack system which Violence Implemented in one of Ioquake source outs, those who didnt play in rus freeze didnt nkow, but when it came bundled with e+ suddently everyone lost their shit as well as me, I couldnt stand my game being determined by my ping time, enemies popping up and sounds being bugged and unhearable 10 units ahead. because this is and should be a fast paced arena shooter, with prediction considered as a skill. It's just alright I think it's time to stop and leave.

It's naive to believe there aren't any cheaters since there will be always a ego-centrical brick who needs to feed his/her ego but it's also paranoid to believe there are cheaters everywhere. Use logic to find out if someone cheats. Read between the lines of console chat. Heck, tell the person in question to shoot a specific spot (a lamp, a jump pad, a flying pizza) at the end of the map after a quick 180 degree turn and if 5 out of 10 shots aren't close to the target do the math.
The whole thing is like a virus and anti-virus program. It keeps going forwards and backwards.

Anticheat is similar useful. It's there to filter out idiots and obvious cheats but nothing more. Hell, there are simple mouse tricks you can do to produce a fake kick for either "kick-B" or "kick-C" by just reading, comprehending, using some logic.

It's extreme on rus rail cause well... who got a low ping there? They keep cheaters anyways so server doesn't get empty so hell knows how combining both makes sense.

There have been complaints since beginning but they have been vastly ignored or no action was done.
Why only complaints towards Easy? Since the release of either e+ 2.3 or the ioquake3 version it's up to the server admins and rank/cup rule makers. Almost all of them have kept it running on servers since then and didn't really listen.

Zack, pal, buddy, this game has been broken since 2009. It has been a painfully drawn-out curve downwards since then. And there's barely a community to split over anything at this point. Give a golf-clap to Easy for that, he's entirely responsible.
