that is not my problem that you Impius all understand wrong. EVEN IN MY little country Moldova ( i am sure that only few from you know where this country situated) exist normal internet with which i play without lags in quake . and i dont trust that in Poland dosent exist normal internet providers . i remember that ultima played before without lags. And as you see IMpius Ultima played this cw vs lucky and lucky were not against him. so this dosent mean that lagers will not play cw any more. And refs will decide if this player lager or not. So, my average hand, dont exaggerate with this right and left hands

Well, the comprehension problems are not on my side...
Problem is, you post different things from what darkangel is posting. The confusion is built by u 2, thats why u have to deal withit now.
And that u don't believe that people can do nothing (temporary or always) about their connection just proofs, that you have not enough technical knowledge.... Again, it has not much to do with the provider how your connection works. It is more the local technical cirumstances. God thx i have a cable connection and not stupid DSL, but just a example, before cable was available for me. It is about the living area where i live. Frontside of the area have DSL 6.000, if go on just 2 streats, u get just DSL 3.000, after more 4 streats u just get dsl 500, at the ende of this area u get NO DSL. Between the 500 dsl and no DSL you have a fucking stupid connection with lags, and no provider can do anything about it without investing a lot of money.
God thx there is cable available since 1 and a half year, but before you wasn't able to do anything in this dead-zone.
Don't get me wrong, you 2 are nice persons, but this is getting out of hand in my oppinion.

23 for yes, 28 for yes but if this rule will be modificated 28+ 23= 51
35 no.
so for yes voted more players.

there are many peopel who think is good rule but need to be modificate, there are also many peopel who think is unnecessary...so we maked a rule that can fit both sides
Clans can agree to play or not with lager.
Ref decides what will happen with lager.

omg, even the dumbcake would understand the meaning of last mods messages here. Repeat to him 10 more times with a BIG TEXT SIZE please. Or better close this topic, its useless now, even the unknown people which didnt share their opinion in this thread voted more " yes" than "no".

BEFORE nothing change = this rule will be not deleted i wrote rule will be changed as say Fps and after this

"BUT current rule edition". we will change some things. but as i say this rule will be not removed.
