lol, you can't interpret the results of this poll like this.
1. the option with the least amount of votes wins, and that's lol.
2. you can't sum up first two options (1& 2), because it's illogical: you vote for this rule is ok (considering current edition), and then you vote additionally for current edition is inacceptable? that's lol too.
3. one can, however, sum up second two options (2 & 3), with only meaning that current edition is bad, 'anti-option-1' - BUT one shouldn't do it at all, because the purpose of this poll was finding ppls opinion about the need of the rule discussed (with reasonable options to handle the situation): either we should have current rule edition, or we should have another edition, or even NO rule AT ALL.
4. the majority voted (so far) for the 3rd option, and it's not your authority to tell the whole community how to treat polls. and that's not a lol at allrose & dark, don't get me wrong: nothing personal. but the fact that you applied to this kind of work here at your own will doesn't mean that you've been granted the right to do anything you want, does it?

The rule will be like this:
* If a player has a internet problems,
for example: if players ping ''jumps'' from 30 to 70 with packet lost,
he should be changed to a player who dosen't have problems with
internet or lags.
An official referee has a right to replace/force into spectator a “lagging player” by
the request/consent of the opponent team.
If the lagging clan doesnt have enough players to continue match, an
opponent has a right to move time/date of the match, otherwise that will
be considered like win by walkover for the non lagging clan.
“lagging player conditions”
starting from non-permanent ping over 150
starting from stable 10%packet loss

Woot, w/o for the non-lagging clan? wtf? Haven't you read this thread? Most players who are suspect to lag have no control over it, and now you gonna penalise those players' clans.
You're taking that one situation where someone told you to "gtfo", far too seriously. Just cos of one dick, you think that all other laggers will be like this?

this means that the not laging clan wins by wo.
if clan has 3 players and one lag as hell 200 ping and 15%loss....and the clan with not lager players dosent want to play against such lager, they can purpose to move the date time, so the oposit clan can find players with no lags and play normaly...but if the clan dont want to change the date time, then the non lagging clan wins by wo...
